Refund Policy

Here at Snoutory, we’re all about helping dogs smell better, feel better, and get back to being cuddle-close. We believe in the products we offer, which is why we ask that you give them at least 14 days of consistent use before deciding whether they’re the right fit for your pup. Sometimes good things take a little time. If, after 14 days, you’re still not satisfied, you may request a return within our 90-day money-back guarantee window. Cancellation Policy

Need to make a change? No problem, just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing, which means we may not be able to cancel or update it. If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and truly believe they can make a difference for your dog’s breath and oral health. That said, we recommend using your product for at least 14 days before requesting a return, so your dog has a fair chance to enjoy the full benefits. 

If you’re still unhappy after that, you may return your item within 90 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. To start a return, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@snoutory.com. To help us fetch your order faster, please include your Order Number or the name and email address used at checkout.

Damaged Items

We do our best to pack every order with care so it arrives safe and sound. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a product defect or if the product itself is physically broken. Packaging damage from shipping  like a dented box or bent outer mailer does not count as product damage if the item inside is still in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@snoutory.com and include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We always do our best to get your order out and on its way as quickly as possible. However, once your package is with the shipping carrier, delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related issues are unfortunately outside of our control.

Because of that, Snoutory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you run into a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the fastest help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at hello@snoutory.com If we are not notified within that 24-hour period and the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
