At Snoutory, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders. No extra surprises at checkout — just one more reason to feel good about your order.
Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially on the way to your chosen address. During busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may take a little longer and can extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time refers to the travel time after your order has been dispatched by our carrier. Delivery speed can vary based on your location, local courier operations, customs, and seasonal delays.

Please keep in mind that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates that are outside our control. For international orders, customs processing may also cause unexpected delays.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping details are correct and complete when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information can lead to delays, failed delivery attempts, or even order cancellation. If our system flags an issue with your address, our support team may contact you by email within 3 business days of your order being placed to confirm your details. If we do not hear back within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please email us at hello@snoutory.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after that window.
Delayed Delivery
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we always do our best to get it out quickly. That said, some delays are simply outside our paws. Shipping carriers may run into issues like weather delays, transportation disruptions, customs holds, or tracking update delays. In some cases, an order may also be delayed due to address verification, payment review, or product availability. While Snoutory cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and help however we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@snoutory.com and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction. We also recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim, as most carriers have a process for investigating lost or stolen packages. Though do keep in mind that once your order leave Snoutory HQ, it's in the carrier's hands. Still, we’re always happy to help however we can.
